SECTION 1 — AGE REQUIREMENT

Alt+Shift+X is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. Trust AR LLC d/b/a Alt+Shift+X does not knowingly permit users under 18 to create accounts, purchase Components, or access paid Platform features. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18.

SECTION 2 — CHILDREN UNDER 13 — COPPA (U.S.)

Trust AR LLC d/b/a Alt+Shift+X does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) and the FTC's COPPA Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 312).

If we discover inadvertent collection from a child under 13:

Delete the information as promptly as technically feasible
Terminate the associated account
Notify the parent or guardian if contact information is available

Age of digital consent thresholds under GDPR Article 8:

Most EU member states: 16 years
Some member states (Germany, Austria): 14 years
United Kingdom: 13 years

Our uniform 18+ requirement globally exceeds all of the above thresholds in all jurisdictions.

SECTION 4 — AGE VERIFICATION

We rely on user self-certification at registration. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will:

Temporarily suspend the account pending review
Investigate in good faith
Permanently terminate and delete the account if underage status is confirmed

SECTION 5 — PROHIBITED CONTENT

Absolutely prohibited under any circumstances:

Any content sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors
Any AI Component generating, distributing, or facilitating CSAM or sexual content depicting minors
Any content facilitating grooming, exploitation, or trafficking of minors

Consequence: Immediate, permanent account termination — no warnings, no appeals — and mandatory reporting to:

NCMEC CyberTipline: cybertipline.org
Relevant law enforcement in the user's jurisdiction
Any other applicable reporting authority

SECTION 6 — PARENTAL / GUARDIAN RIGHTS

If you believe your child (under 18) has created an account:

Include: account email (if known), child's approximate age, any relevant information.

We will: immediately suspend and terminate the account; delete all associated personal information; confirm deletion to the parent or guardian.

Response time: Within 3 business days.

All child safety reports are treated as the highest operational priority — acted on immediately, 24/7.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP TO PRIVACY POLICY

Supplements Privacy Policy Section 11. In any conflict on matters of children's data, this policy controls.

SECTION 9 — GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, and applicable federal laws including COPPA.
