SafeGuard Suite is an AI-assisted child safety system. It is not a licensed emergency response service. It does not replace 911. It does not guarantee your child's safety. Biometric and neural readings are for calibration only — not medical measurements.

Rescue: Confirm Phase 1 audio (agent says child's name, begins breathing guidance) → confirm biometric reading in portal.
Horizon: Confirm mesh relay → confirm spatial overlay (if paired) → do NOT send live test to 911 — use portal test mode.
Baseline builds automatically over 14 days of normal use. Portal notifies you when confirmed. Adjust sensitivity anytime. Predictive alerts are soft notifications — verify before escalating.

1. Nature of Service — AI-assisted child safety system. Not a substitute for emergency services, professional monitoring, or medical care. Does not guarantee any outcome. Operates only when devices are on, connected, and in the child's possession with all permissions granted.
2. Location Data — Transmitted exclusively to registered parent contacts and configured emergency number. Not stored by Alt+Shift+X, Magna Dev, Trust AR LLC, or any third party. GPS accuracy is best-effort.
3. Biometric & Neural Data — Used solely for calibration. Not medical measurements or diagnostics. Processed locally. Included in incident reports to parents only. Never stored by Alt+Shift+X or Magna Dev.
4. Camera Activation & Recording — Requires parent-granted permission. Recording laws vary — installing parent solely responsible for confirming lawfulness. Footage never stored by Alt+Shift+X or Magna Dev.
5. Spatial Computing — Best-effort visual assistance. Not guaranteed to identify safe routes. Low-confidence defaults to "stay still and wait."
6. Voice-Print Authentication — Supplemental convenience feature. Not guaranteed in all conditions. Password fallback always available. Alt+Shift+X and Magna Dev not liable for failed voice-print deactivation.
7. Predictive Distress Detection — Supplemental early-warning only. False positives may occur. Not to be relied upon as sole safety indicator.
8. Auto-911 Voice Bridge — Supplemental escalation feature. Does not guarantee law enforcement response. Parents must notify emergency services immediately on any accidental activation.
9. Alert Phrase — Parent solely responsible for selection and practice. Stored as one-way hash — unreadable by any party. Alt+Shift+X and Magna Dev not liable for accidental activations.
10. Deactivation — No layer can be deactivated by the child or any agent instruction — coercion-resistant by design. Only parent password or enrolled voice-print deactivates all layers simultaneously.
11. Limitation of Liability — TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALT+SHIFT+X, MAGNA DEV, TRUST AR LLC, AND TRAIN GREAT FITNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE SAFEGUARD SUITE, INCLUDING FAILURE OF ALERT DELIVERY, INACCURATE LOCATION OR BIOMETRIC DATA, DEVICE OR NETWORK FAILURES, CAMERA ISSUES, FAILED VOICE-PRINT DEACTIVATION, FALSE OR MISSED PREDICTIVE ALERTS, AUTO-911 NON-RESPONSE, LAW ENFORCEMENT NON-RESPONSE, OR ANY EMERGENCY OUTCOME. SafeGuard Suite is offered in good faith as a meaningful and comprehensive layer of protection — not a guarantee of any outcome.
12. Emergency Services — Not a licensed emergency response service. In any emergency, call 911 directly if you are able.
13. Children's Privacy — No child data used for advertising, profiling, or AI training. Compliant with COPPA 2025, GDPR Art.8, UK Age-Appropriate Design Code, CCPA.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution — Governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Disputes strongly encouraged to be resolved through binding arbitration before any court action. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a West Virginia court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
